Ms. Gulyani’s extensive background includes serving as the Executive Vice President and Head of Strategy, Business Development & Sustainability for Life Science at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, and as a member of the Advisory Group at Novo Holdings. Her expertise in developing and executing transformative strategies will further strengthen Ecolab’s leadership in delivering solutions for critical industries.

To mark her new role, Ms. Gulyani will join Ecolab’s Life Sciences leadership team at J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference 2025 (JPM2025) in San Francisco next week. She is eager to engage with industry leaders, customers, and partners to explore opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
